Adagio Condos is a new development by Menkes Developments Ltd currently in preconstruction at 771 Yonge Street, Toronto. The 49-storey condominium will be designed by the renowned Wallman Architects. The complex will come in studio size to three-bedroom suites.
The multipurpose 29-storey tower will incorporate an existing 3-storey building on the site. The heritage building will make up part of a podium that will hold the retail space. Also, the tower will house 322 residential suites designed with a contemporary interior and an open floor plan. Suite size will range from 372 to 973 square feet to meet the space needs of residents.
In collaboration with Wallman, Menkes Development Ltd designed the Condominium tower to rise over the heritage structure. They also included the help of a professional Landscaper, the NAK Design group, to develop the property’s landscape.
The area has an excellent transportation system with access to the city transit station. Residents can access this hub within 10 minutes by foot and Yonge-Bloor subway, which is about a minute away from the condo and connects to other subways like subway 1 and 2. As a result of its perfect transit plan, no vehicle parking spaces are included in the scheme of this property. Although the property will consist of 330 bicycle parking underground spaces, which will be connected by a pedestrian walkway that will connect the Hudson Bay complex, which is south of the tower and leads to the subway station.
The building will provide 2,454 square feet of indoor amenity space on the second floor and 4,596 square feet of indoor amenity space on the third floor, which connects the tower to the heritage building. Also, the third floor will have 2,680 square feet of outdoor amenities.
